Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor charged in the death of the King of Pop Michael Jackson, has just brought himself an extra few months of freedom. Dr. Death met with a judge on Wednesday (Mar 2) and agreed to delay opening statements in the case until May.
According to the Associate Press, Murray’s attorneys consented to the postponement after they discussed the matter with prosecutors and both sides agreed they could be ready for trial by May 9.
