R.I.P. Rapper Nate Dogg
Legendary West Coast performer Nate Dogg passed away at the age of 41 last night. he family of legendary West Coast rapper Nate Dogg announced his death last night. There have been reports for several months now that he was barely holding on due to his health.Although the cause of death is unknown, The Press Telegram in Long Beach, CA reports that Nate suffered two strokes previously, one in 2007 and another in 2008.
When one of his biggest collaborators, Snoop Dogg, heard about the death, he tweeted:
"We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986... I miss u cuzz I am so sad but so happy I got to grow up wit u and I will c u again n heaven cuz u know d slogan all doggs go to heaven..."
Nate, who made his name crooning over some of West Coast rap's biggest hits, topped the pop charts with the classic "Regulators" with Warren G in 1994.
